Candace Roush - Superintendent
Indoor Air Quality Coordinator
Welcome to the Shoals Community School Corporation. It is an honor and a privilege to serve as Superintendent in this beautiful town of Shoals, Indiana.
Our strength is in our family of employees, strong curriculum, and dedicated parents and community members. I would like to thank each and every one of you – students, staff, parents, business partners, community members – for your tireless support of our schools. We have an excellent team of educators who love and care about our students and we are truly on our way to greatness.
We encourage pride in our school and community and this website, in addition to our Student-Parent Portal, social media (Twitter/Facebook) and other communication tools are valuable resources containing information on how parents can stay connected and informed with their child's school and his/her individual academic progress. Parental support is key to a child's success in learning and in life, so we believe it is essential to develop strong lines of communication between home and school throughout the year. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the Shoals Community School Corporation or if I can be of assistance in any way. My contact information is above.
